Take 6 pictures (1 of the façade, 5 interior/exterior) of your property and send them info@forsalebyownercostarica.com. We can also scan your fotos in case you have them in the print version. (For excellent pictures go to Tips: How to take great pictures)
Call us (506) 2290 8181 and make sure we received all your information.
Pay for the ad size you have chosen.

After these steps are completed, we will post your property on the website, prepare your yard sign and then print it in the “4 Sale By Owner” magazine.
